In compliance with Royal Decree 1021/2022, access by domestic animals is prohibited.
CONTROL OF ANISAKIS IN FISHERY PRODUCTS
Fishery products intended to be consumed raw or practically raw or subjected to treatments that do not guarantee the destruction of anisakis, are subjected to freezing at -20ºC, for a minimum of 24 hours, in compliance with Royal Decree 1021/2022, on the prevention of Anisakis parasitosis in fishery products supplied by establishments that serve food to final consumers or mass caterers.
